HOUSEHOLD GOODS, VINTAGE & OTHERWISE...
426 SW Sixth Street, 476-7096
“Curioser & Curiouser”
Sue Hadden’s Folksy Figurative Sculpture. Perhaps the most apt catchphrase for Sue Hadden’s creations would be Alice’s cry - while smack dab in the middle of Wonderland - “Curiouser and curiouser... (she was so much surprised, that for the moment she quite forgot how to speak good English).”
Hadden’s
figurative folk-art sculptures conjure up a laundry-list of adjectives: witty & whimsical, magical & mysterious, meticulously hand-crafted & lushly painted. Come see for yourself what all the buzz is about and don’t be surprised if you hear a fellow onlooker exclaim, “Toto, I have a feeling we’re not in Grants Pass anymore.” Sue Hadden’s work is rarely seen in her hometown. For one week only she will display a concise cast of characters populating home economics’ own carefully constructed dioramas.
From April 4 through
April 10 only!
